Our client is a well known logistics organisation who is committed to providing quality services to different automotive clients. Due to the growth of their business, they are looking for a two highly competent Service Desk Officers (1x Level 1 & 1x Level2/3) to assist in their BAU activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support and asset management of 300-500 users across Australia
  • Supporting a Business critical Application.
  • Excellent Customer Service 
  • Experience using a IT ticketing management system 
  • Active Directory administration
  • Exchange Management
  • Support of Office 365 and Windows OS environments 


  • Strong Understanding of Active Directory and Exchange
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding level of customer service
  • Passion to learn new technologies
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work autonomously 
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
