Service Desk Officer

Our client is a well known logistics organisation who is committed to providing quality services to different automotive clients. Due to the growth of their business, they are looking for a two highly competent Service Desk Officers (1x Level 1 & 1x Level2/3) to assist in their BAU activities.
- Support and asset management of 300-500 users across Australia
- Supporting a Business critical Application.
- Excellent Customer Service
- Experience using a IT ticketing management system
- Active Directory administration
- Exchange Management
- Support of Office 365 and Windows OS environments
- Strong Understanding of Active Directory and Exchange
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding level of customer service
- Passion to learn new technologies
- Strong team player
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
