About the Client


One of Australia’s longest serving and largest conglomerations of automotive parts wholesalers has partnered with Frontline Construction’s Trade and services division to add some amazing new talent to their team.


The business has been in operation for decades however the ongoing purchase of smaller Automotive wholesales has changed the overall business drastically with a big push to move the business direction in further developing its culture. The plan is to dominate the market through building on the skills of their current team as well as adding further talent through an aggressive talent acquisition strategy.


As in all sales roles, it is all about the relationship. The best of the best in this business make in excess of $140K per year based out of an office and from the comfort of their office chair. There is no travel required and leads are handed to them from an extensive Client relationship management process.


About the position/s

You would work alongside like minded sales superstars in an office environment between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. You would follow up on leads collected by the outbound sales reps and assist your ever-growing client base in sourcing hard to find parts for their A to B run around... to their life's passion… perhaps a 69 Mustang with white wall tires!

On offer

  • Location: Western Melbourne
  • Remuneration: $50-$60K base + super + Comms (OTE $100K+)
  • Extras: Office based role, no travel, no overtime, FREE parking on site
  • Roster: Monday to Friday 8am -5pm

About you
First and foremost you must be able to have fun! You must be able to engage with your customer, build instant rapport and develop a level of trust and loyalty. You would utilise your knowledge and passion for the automotive sector combined with your computer and database skills to gather all the required information, track down the correct part and then negotiate the pricing at both ends.


Making the sale could mean many different things. It could mean a happy panel beating business or a happy service manager at a dealership. Lastly, it would make YOU happy with a very generous commission structure, unmatched in the industry.
